Bundle up the family and join us for a one-of-a-kind winter adventure on beautiful Perch Lake in Jefferson County! Our Family Ice Fishing Camp is designed to introduce kids and parents alike to the excitement of ice fishing in a safe, fun, and hands-on environment.
Over two mornings on the ice, participants will:

Learn essential ice fishing safety techniques

Practice how to check ice conditions

Drill their own holes using provided augers

Set and monitor tip-ups for perch and other species

Try their hand with jigging rods and expert guidance

Gain confidence in cold-weather outdoor skills
We’ve got everything covered—heated ice huts, hot cocoa and coffee, and all the rods, reels, and gear you’ll need to enjoy your time on the lake.
Whether you’re brand new to ice fishing or looking for a family-friendly winter experience, this camp is the perfect way to create lasting memories while learning a classic North Country tradition.
